Promotion System
The President and CEO holds the ultimate responsibility for the advancement of Health and Productivity Management. The Executive Officer in charge of the Human Resources Division will serve as the supervisor of Health and Productivity Management promotion. The CSR Committee and the subordinate D&I Promotion Committee will implement promotional initiatives.
These bodies will work closely and collaborate with internal/external organizations including the labor union, the health insurance association and other experts, in promoting the above initiatives.
