Communication with Stakeholders

Governance

Our company strives to enhance management transparency and foster understanding of our corporate stance and direction among a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders and other investors, customers, business partners and subcontractors, local communities, external organizations, as well as employees, by disclosing information in a timely and appropriate manner and engaging in proactive dialogue.

Communication with Shareholders and Other Investors (Main IR Activities)

We proactively disclose management-related information that is deemed beneficial to shareholders and other investors, even if it is not required by stock exchange regulations. We conduct multifaceted IR (Investor Relations) activities to help a wide range of stakeholders, including individual shareholders and institutional investors, understand our management philosophy, strategies, and business conditions. In addition to four annual financial results briefings for institutional investors, we hold meetings with more than 400 domestic and international institutional investors each year. For individual shareholders, we hold site visits every year to deepen their understanding of the construction industry, allowing them to see our construction performance and inside construction sites.
On our website, we have a page dedicated for Investor Relations. The page contains items including documents disclosed to stock exchanges, shareholder newsletters, fact books, annual reports, and other information to provide visitors with a multifaceted view of the company.

Financial Results Briefing

We hold quarterly financial results briefings for analysts and institutional investors. The President, CEO and Representative Director attends financial results briefings for interim and full-year financial results to explain in detail financial results, business outlook, and notable topics.

General Meeting of Shareholders

Recognizing the General Meeting of Shareholders as a forum for dialogue with shareholders, we strive to provide proactive information, such as performance explanations using large displays and introductions of major projects completed during the period. In June and December each year, we send shareholders a newsletter that clearly explains the topics and performance trends for the period to deepen their understanding of our company.
