We established consultation desks for all individuals who may be affected by Penta-Ocean Construction Group's business activities.


If you become aware of any non-compliance activities, harassment acts or issues concerning human rights, please contact us by means listed below.

Target users

All employees of Penta-Ocean Construction Group, people working for POC's subcontracting companies and partner companies, as well as all individuals who are affected by POC Group's business activities

Type of issues covered

    Business-related misconduct committed by a related party of POC Group

    • ■Harassment Consultation Desk
    Various harassment acts including sexual harassment, power harassment and maternity harassment committed by a related party of POC Group

  • ■Human Rights Consultation Desk
    Facts that constitutes or may constitute grounds for a negative impact on human rights by a related party of POC Group

We will not accept claims containing false accusations and defamation, or contacts made with unlawful intent.
