We selected as a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index.
*FTSE Russell confirms that PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. has been independently assessed according to the index criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index. The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
SBT certification
Our CO2 emission reduction targets are consistent with scientific findings, and we obtained the SBT (Science Based Targets) certification with 1.5 degrees Celsius trajectory. (December 2022)

Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category)
We have been certified as a “2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category)” under the Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Our company has been continuously certified since 2020.
Eruboshi Certification (second level)
In July 2023, we received the second level of Eruboshi certification, which is recognized by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare for companies that make excellent efforts to promote the active participation of women.
