Penta-Ocean Receives an Order to Build a 200 Meter-High Residential-Commercial Building in Singapore.

The largest budget project ever undertaken by the Company
Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. has received an order from a private developer, Orchard Turn Developments Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), for a large-scale re-development project, the Mixed Development at Orchard Road/ Paterson Road/ Orchard Boulevard/ Orchard Turn, located in the busiest area of Singapore. The Project includes the construction of a 218 meter-high residential and commercial building, at 56-stories with 4 basement levels. The total cost of the project is projected to be approximately 34 billion yen, the largest budget for a project handled by Penta-Ocean to date.
