Increase in Starting Salaries for FY 3/27 New Graduates
Tokyo, Japan - February 5, 2026 - To secure and foster diverse human resources, we will increase the starting salaries for all new graduates joining in April 2026.
For career-track positions, the increase will be JPY 20,000 per month over the April 2025 level. For non-career-track positions, the increase will be JPY 16,000 per month.

*Fixed Overtime Allowance
In an attempt to reduce overtime work as part of our workstyle reform measures, we will provide fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours (for career-track employees) and to 10 hours (for non-career track employees), regardless of whether those hours are actually worked. If actual hours worked exceed the number of hours covered (45 hours and 10 hours, respectively), additional compensation will be paid.
