(the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has made a monetary contribution to the trust (the “Trust”) established for the introduction of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (J-ESOP) and that the acquisition of Company shares by the Trust has been completed, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 19, 2026 and announced on the same date.
