(the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has made an additional contribution to the trust (the “Trust”) established under the performance-based stock compensation program “Board Benefit Trust (BBT)", and that the acquisition of Company shares by the Trust has been completed, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 19, 2026 and announced on the same date.
