Notice regarding Interim Dividend
Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the Company) hereby announces that at the Board of Directors Meeting held on November 7, 2024, the Company has resolved the following regarding an interim dividend for the 75th business term (from April 1, 2024, to March 31).
In accordance with the rules in the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, the Company will pay an interim dividend to the shareholders listed in the Company’s register or registered stock pledgees as described below, with a record date of September 30, 2024.

*As for the annual dividend including the interim dividend, the details are disclosed in the Summary of Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Interim Period) of the Fiscal Year Ending March 2025 (under Japanese GAAP)(consolidated).
Payment of Interim Dividend
Documents concerning the payment of interim dividend (the Interim dividend receipt and dividend calculation form (for those who have designated payment by wire transfer)) are scheduled to be sent on Friday, December 6, 2024, to the registered address of shareholders.
