material “Watoru”

Watoru is a water-absorbing typed mud reforming material made from paper-sludge ashes (PS ashes) discharged from paper-mills with special chemicals added.

Watoru exhibits an immediate effect by quickly absorbing contained water and improves mud disposed from maritime construction works such as dredging and civil works such as tunneling, piling and excavation works. Unlike the case of cement treatment, the improved mud gradually solidifies and increases its strength so that it can be easily handled on site. Watoru shows superior performance in both dredged and excavated soil treatment works.

Watoru has been developed by JAIWAT co., ltd, an affiliated company of PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION Co. Ltd and is produced in a JAIWAT’s manufacturing plant named “Sodegaura Eco-land” located in Sodegaura city, Chiba Prefecture ,JAPAN.
JAIWAT Co.,Ltd takes full responsibility of manufacture, distribution and quality control of Watoru.
