Tokyo, Japan – Aug. 28, 2020 - Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. discovered on August 25th that one employee at our building construction office in Chiba Prefecture was confirmed to have contracted novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

We contacted the people who had direct contact with the employee both internally and externally, and disinfected the workplace. According to the survey conducted by the public health center, there are no close contacts within the company.

We will ensure to place the highest priority on the safety of customers, employees and their families, and make further efforts to avoid 3Cs (Closed spaces, Crowded places and Close-contact settings). We would like to ask our stakeholders, including customers, for their continuous support and understanding.
