Features
- Real-time information of the robot’s position and status are graphically displayed using state-of-the-art optical communication and computer control.
- Safe dredging can be assured under a maximum wave height of 2.0m and current velocity of 2 knots. A discharge line is provided with excellent wave-resistant floating pipe.
- Forward / backward dredging is done by a highly efficient facecutter without causing environmental pollution.
- The underwater 8-legged walking robot can be controlled remotely by one person and is provided with automatic movement and posture control functions.
- Underwater construction is barely affected by wave action, resulting in safe and reliable performance even under severe sea conditions.
- Accurate positioning and depth sounding are possible since the operation is carried out on the sea bed.
