Notice of Deceiving Contacts and Correspondences

It has been brought to our attention that certain agencies/companies/individuals have been deceivingly using the name of Penta-Ocean Construction and its executives to make job offers and requests for payments.

Please kindly note that;

1. Penta-Ocean Construction appoints professional recruitment firms only to source for suitable candidates when we have a job opening. All job offers are then made directly by Penta-Ocean Construction and not by the recruitment firms or any third parties.

2. Penta-Ocean Construction does not make off job offers from free internet e-mail services such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail and Rediffmail. Penta-Ocean Construction uses only the domain name “@mail.penta-ocean.co. jp” with no other variation.

3. We do not own an official Facebook page, nor do we engage in any recruiting activities using Facebook pages.

4. We do not ask candidates to deposit any money in return for information or as any part of our recruitment process. We do not appoint any agency or authorize anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in exchange for a job opportunity at Penta-Ocean Construction.

5. Penta-Ocean Construction’s Human Resources division does not send job offering emails before interviewing a candidate in person.

These deceiving correspondences are rampant and not only limited to job offering ones. If you receive any suspicious correspondence, please do not reply or make any payment. We strongly suggest that you report the matter to the police or the appropriate government authorities.

Penta-Ocean Construction will not be responsible for any losses resulting from deceiving contacts or correspondences made in the name of Penta-Ocean Construction.
