The complexes performing arts theatre can accommodate an audience of 2,000 and is equipped with a moving stage designed especially for ballet performances. The stage’s precision hydraulic lifts can move portions of the stage surface to an accuracy of within ±1 mm of each other, with hoist buttons that can create more than 1,000 variations in position.

| The theatre and the concert hall adopt a “box-in-a-box” design to create a soundproof interior. Vibration-free inserts between ceilings and floor shut out almost all external vibrations, together with 50-mm hollow space in all exterior walls. |
